Years in the trenches, a thorough grasp of business, and tons of innovation have cultivated a unique capacity for scripturally based instincts and a keen eye for all things excellent.

As an idea-architect he brings over 20 years of building successful ministries to your table. He is an end-less idea guy with the unique capacity for analysis, directional-leadership and tactically executing those ideas. As an innovator his passion is for clarity and excellence making his coaching DNA an invaluable resource.

For over 20 years he has devoted himself to the careful study of Scripture, biblical leadership and doing business for the glory of God. He has served in the military,  seven churches (not the ones in Asia Minor) both on the East and West Coast and currently serves at Southern Seminary in Louisville Kentucky.

His bachelor degree is from Criswell College in Dallas, Texas. His masters of divinity from The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, California. He is elated to be married to Jane for 17 years and as two sons, Aidan and Elijah.

He is eager to serve the local church and beyond and despises mediocrity.
